What we collect
When you place an order, our store platform (Shopify) collects the information needed to fulfill it — your name, contact details, shipping address, and order contents. Payment details are processed directly by Shopify's checkout and are not stored on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, provide customer support, and, if you opt in, send occasional updates about FORME SKIN. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@formeskin.com.
Third parties
Our store runs on Shopify, which processes store data under its own privacy policy. Review Shopify's privacy policy for details on how it handles your information.
